24 January 2018, our Managing Director, Michael S Chia, as co-chairman of the Law Society’s Small Law Firms Committee led the way in the Committee’s maiden Chit-Chat Session at the State Courts Bar Room with his talk “Why I Think Like a “Char Kway Teow” Man?” where he shared with a full house of fellow small firm practitioners the importance of seeing themselves as running businesses and acquire the necessary skill sets for it as well as how he tries to think like a businessman and why knowing his numbers is crucial in this regard.
