28 September 2017, our Director, Hany Soh, was a speaker in the The Law Awareness Week (LAW) @CDC, a collaboration between Law Society Pro Bono Services and the five Community Development Councils (CDCs), supported by the People’s Association, National University of Singapore Faculty of Law and Singapore Management University School of Law. LAW @CDC is a nationwide effort to promote awareness and understanding of the law in the community through a series of talks, so that Singaporeans may know their rights and be empowered when faced with common legal issues. LAW @CDC 2017 was launched at SMU on 28 September 2017 and thereafter, decentralised legal talks were held nationwide across the 5 districts.
